End of Lease
All Rooms:
- Before and after photos are taken of each of the rooms.
- Spot clean walls​
- Clean, Spray and Wipe the window.
-Dust and wipe around the areas light switches, handrails, and door handles and sanitised.

Kitchen:
-Disinfect the benchtops
-Clean the front and inside of the cupboards and drawers
-Clean and polish the sink, removing any food debris
-Polish the taps
-Clean the oven
-Wipe the front of the range hood, clean the filters, removing any built- up
-Clean the inside dishwasher door.

Bathroom:
-Clean and sanitise the basin and drain
-Disinfect , wipe front, inside all cupboards and drawers
-Clean the mirror
-Remove any water strains
-Clean Shower Tiles
- Clean Toilet : Wipe and disinfect toilet including the seat and around the bowl.

-Dust the side tables
-Tidy the bed

Bedroom:
Laundry:
- Clean and disinfect surface areas such as the sink and countertops.
- Dust, spray and wipe the window and remove any dead bugs
- Spray and wipe the shower glass
- Wipe the shelves
- Sanitise and wipe the floor
- Polish and clean

-Dust the tv, tv unit and remove any fingerprint
-Dust spray and wipe window
-Clean the coffee table
-Neatly arrange the couch and the cushions

Lounge Room:
Floors :

-Vacuum and mop the floors.
